We deliver fine dining experiences onboard, freshly made, elegantly packed, ready whenever you are.
Where do you deliver ?
We deliver all around Australia. We also offer dockside pickup at our private pontoon if preferred.
How is the food packaged ?
Our food is contained in Cryovac packaging and placed within our GMFC cylinders. These cylinders are completely sealed and are microwave safe.
How far in advance should I order ?
We request orders to be submitted 14 days in advance of delivery.
Can I customise the menu ?
We have a set menu however some products may be able to be customised due to dietary restrictions or allergy requirements.

With over 44 years of experience in fine dining, our Executive Chef has thoughtfully prepared our menu
